Return Policy
14-Day Return Window
Return items to our returns team within 14 days of receiving your parcel.
Refund Options
Eligible returns can be refunded to the original payment method or issued as store credit.
Condition and Tags Required
Items must be unworn, in original condition, and returned with all tags attached, within the 14-day window.
Sale Items and Exchanges
Sale items can be returned, but we no longer offer exchanges.
Processing Time
Please allow 5–7 working days for your return to be processed after it arrives with our team.
Keep Proof of Postage
Keep your postage receipt until your return has been fully processed, for your security.
Tracked Courier Returns Recommended
If you use your own courier, we strongly recommend tracked delivery, as we cannot be responsible for lost parcels.
